Embracing the 30's

The following is some of the advice I received about turning 30:

* It is just another number!

* The 30's are a great time to have babies!

* Age is a beautiful thing - Inner beauty wins out in the end, so enjoy!

* Listen.

* Do something crazy, like get a tatoo or piercing!

* 30's is the new 20's - just with 10 years experience!

*Achieve your goals.

*At least you're not 40!

* Nik may be cool and he may be hyper - but remember one day he will change your diaper!

* Enjoy each and every day, and thank the Lord for them!

* Keep living life to the fullest!

* 30 is a good time to have children - People will think you are much younger!

* Laugh a bunch!

* 20 is blue, 30 is black, always look forward, never look back.

* Never take yourself too seriously - Spend time daily in Scriptures and prayer.

* Take extra care of yourself, you are going down hill from now on!

* Enjoy your 30's - 40 comes next!

* Learn something new!

* Embrace who you are and the life you have.

* You still have 50 years ahead.

* Be Careful! You're a lot older so muscles and joints don't work as well. Good luck! Oh, and don't bend over too far - you won't be able to stand back up.

* Make Babies!

* Take time to spoil yourself!

* Don't let fear make decisions for you or you will be held back.

* Keep your toenails painted!
