We continue to knock things off our "Summer List" -
Here is another update of the fun things we have been doing....
Picnic at the Park
Would you consider this a picnic at the park?
I would because we are eating...at a park...on a picnic table.
However, I wanted to do a bring-our-own-food-and-blanket kind of picnic.
It could still happen :)

Movies at the Theater (and plays at the outdoor theater)
Nik, Jaxen and Zane saw "Secret Life of Pets 2" in the movie theater
and then Jaxen, Zane and I saw "Chitty-Chitty Bang-Bang" in the park!
Painting
We have painted with regular paints and watercolors this summer...

and (what I wanted to accomplish) we have made some patriotic art!

Bookstores
Technically we have been to a bookstore (Barnes and Nobel's).
I was thinking more along the lines of something on a smaller scale...
and cheaper...like 1/2 Priced Books!
However, with our Library days, I don't think we will get to another book store.
The kids have loved going to the library!

Bike Rides
Nik has done this with the boys a few times.
Maybe next summer I'll purchase a bike and join them.
