Weekend Highlights

We started off our weekend with trip to the Chandlers!

Poor Zane was so tired he fell asleep on the way there.

The boys and I stayed the night and manged to go on a few walks, see some cows,

enjoy a campfire, eat pizza and smore's, hit up a few garage sales, ride the tractor and 

4-wheeler, ride bikes, play and enjoy great conversation and company!

 

 

The rest of our weekend was all about Nik :)

We celebrated him well.

Over the course of Saturday and Sunday we hung out, ran a few errands, let him nap,

grilled steaks, made chocolate covered strawberries, gave him a card with

all the things we love about him listed plus a coffee gift card and a new speaker.
Nik is loved!

These boys adore their father.

They love spending time with him.

Especially doing fun things outside!

Sunday afternoon Nik played Frisbee Golf with the boys

and then they had an "epic" (per Jaxen) water balloon fight!

Things started off nice...

Once 50 water balloons were used up…Nik “finished” the fight :)

This is what Jaxen thought about it - ha!

We had about 25 more balloons so we filled them up and they went at it again.

And once again…Nik got Jaxen!

 Zane still had one balloon left and did his best to get his daddy.

This was the "after" shot.

Poor Zane.

He has a love/hate relationship with water balloons!
He loves them / he hates getting wet / he loves getting people wet / he hates they were all gone!

Fun times.
Good memories.
