Bits and Pieces of Life

Here are ton of pictures - basically bits and pieces of our life the last few weeks…

Nik took this picture of our monitor to show me that after Zane woke from his nap

he put his blanket in the laundry basked and then was lifting and moving the basket.

He is pretty funny.

Our church  is hosting an Upward Soccer Camp this year!

We are in the throws of planning, registering and finding volunteers.

I forgot to include this picture in the “Birthday Countdown” post.

This is Jaxen, looking at the computer, and writing all the kids names on their invitation.

He did so good! And was so excited to help!

I’m not even sure why Jaxen is eating ice cream in our car…

I normally don’t allow that! Haha!

This must have been a day that we had a bazillion errands to run and so I just went with it.

Sometimes you have too, right?!

Nik got to enjoy this today :)

Zane was helping me work at the church one day last week.

After this picture I had to take him off the table no less than 7 times :)

He is a climber! Haha!

Jaxen’s Tee Ball.

How adorable.

Last Thursday, we attended the PreK Music Concert.

It was pretty much what you can imagine…lots of cute kids, singing silly songs.

It was pretty short - but the kids did a good job.

Here is Jaxen before the concert.

And this was taken in the middle of all the kids running around like wild animals before it began.

They started out sitting, and singing. 

Jaxen is in the middle of the bottom row.

After that song, they stood for a few more.

And please notice that my kid is so tired, he had to sit down. Ha!

His friend, Ashton followed suite.

There was also a point where Jaxen was lifting his shirt, and elbowing Ashton.

But him and Ashton are buddies (most of the time)!

Then on Friday, I got to join Jaxen on his first ever Field Trip!!!

They went to the Rochester Museum of Play.

And it was fantastic.

I have a ton of pictures…but will only show a few.

Jaxen was super pumped to ride the bus.

He has been wanting to ride the bus since the first day of school -

remember that mishap?!

His riding & play buddy for the whole day…

Ashton.

Basically, they had a ton of fun playing and running walking around this entire place!

Jaxen’s favorite place was the mini-Wegmans market.

He loved buying food, and then checking himself out on a real cash register and getting a receipt!

I was tired from chasing these two around all day - but it was fun!

These kids were worn out when it was over!

And at least one kid shed a tear or two…

guess who?!

Poor Jaxen. He was having so much fun he didn’t want to leave!
