We came home early, due to an emergency situation with a teen from our youth group. We received news about midnight on Friday.
Fabian, his mom and mom's friend were in a car accident. His mom's friend died on the spot. His mom died at the hospital. Fabian is currently in ICU in an induced coma, due to head trauma. He has some bleeding and lots of swelling. They hope to take him slowly out of the coma in 4-5 days, then will assess the damage further.
We drove in to Temple after we received the phone call and got a chance to visit with the family and pray over Fabian in the hospital, before heading home to get some rest.
Nik has been at the hospital off and on today and held a prayer time at the church for our teens and anyone else who wanted to come. It was a good turnout and a wonderful time of prayer and support.
Please pray for Fabian and his family.
Pray for Nik as he ministers to the teens and this family.
