We are on vacation this week! I am so thankful for the opportunity we have to get away, as a family and spend some quality time together.

Vacation with a baby is different than a vacation with just Nik and I. Usually, we like to go-go-go. But the theme of this vacation is relax. No plans. Spontaneous!

Once the car was loaded, I had to take a picture...and laugh. See all the baby stuff?! Vacation is definitely different with a baby - Ha!

I think Jaxen was just as ready to go as we were! He had to check things out before we left.

On the road to Galveston!

We arrived at a condo in Galveston about 4:30 PM. Just enough time to unpack and explore before dark!

Day 1 of vacation was wonderful and I'm so excited to see what the rest of the week holds!
