Spring Get-a-Way: Part 3

We started out our last full day in TN at an old-time-picture-place. We all got dressed up in costumes and then had a lot of time to kill before it was our turn to take a picture.

So - we took some pics ourselves! And laughed. A lot. The boys had fun too because you know... boys + play guns + cowboy hats = a good time!

We were hungry after all that fun! We headed to brunch and found ourselves face to face with a giant friend cinnamon roll :) It was soooo gooood! I may or may not have dreamed about it since!

The boys did some adventuring around town while the girls went back to the cabin and rested. We ended the night with dinner at the cabin and ice cream out.

 

 The next day the boys and I went walking around the property and they had a great time. You know...boys + rocks = fun.

Even though the area was not in full on spring-bloom, it was still so pretty there!

We hit the road shortly after and made the long journey home (with a pit stop to return the rental van and get our van which had a new transmission). We got home late - but it was a really fun trip and lots of wonderful memories were made!
